7. What do I do if my item arrives damaged? If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at support@blazeandember.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund right away.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it under our 30-day return policy.
