Refund policy
At blazeandember, we want you to be completely satisfied with your BBQ products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact us at support@blazeandember.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items, unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 5–7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at support@blazeandember.com.
